The UNCT SWAP-Scorecard focuses on the performance of the whole UN system, rather than the achievements of any single agency. By focusing on gender mainstreaming processes at the country level, the tool highlights the growing importance of inter-agency collaboration and coordination to achieve gender equality and women’s empowerment (GEWE) results at the country level.
