As women we have managed to break the glass ceiling as far as leadership is concerned, this is remarkable as it paves way for more women to actively seek leadership positions. It is indeed a blessing that we are the pioneers of the change but it also comes with great responsibility. How women will be judged with regards to leadership potential from now on will be based on the our performance.
