A Kenya School pf Government developed a Women in Leadership curriculum for women in executive leadership positions aligned it to the needs of women leaders at the county level by incorporating the functions and mandate of County Governments that resonates with their work. The curriculum was reviewed through an elaborate participatory process by multi stakeholders, to ensure it provides a scheme that nurtures the competences, skills and qualities of women in devolved government into transformative leadership opportunities.
