This is a report by the Kenya Women Parliamentary Association (KEWOPA) that focuses the on achieving the two thirds gender rule through elective processes with focus on the political parties by increase the number of seats competitively won by women in the national assembly (single member constituencies) from the current 5.5 % to at least 8% in the 2017 elections through collaboratively engaging with political parties nominate winnable women in winnable positions and constituencies.
